Sn3(PO4)4 is the chemical formula for tin (IV) phosphate. According to the Royal Society of Chemistry, tin (IV) phosphate has a molar mass of 736.0154 g/mol and is an ionic compound.

This chemical compound consists of three tin (IV) ions that are covalently bonded to four phosphate ions. Each ion of tin (IV) has a charge of 4+. Each PO4, or phosphate ion, is a tetrahedral molecule with a core phosphorous atom, a double-bonded oxygen, and three negatively charged oxygens. Consequently, each phosphate ion has a charge of 3. The sum of all positive and negative charges in tin (IV) phosphate is equal to zero.
