A battery with the model number L1154 is an alkaline button cell battery with 1.5 volts that conforms to the LR44 specification. It is difficult to find an exact replacement for this battery without consulting a comparison chart because different manufacturers give it a different name, and these names are used interchangeably. The following are some examples of equivalents: 1128MP, 1166A, AG13, D76A, G13A, GPA7, GPA76, LR44, LR1154, and L1154

A zinc negative electrode, a manganese dioxide depolarizer, and an alkaline electrolyte make up the LR44 battery type. The letter L in the battery type’s name indicates that the electrochemical system uses a positive electrode made of manganese dioxide. IEC standard 60086 specifies that a round cell with dimensions of 11.4 0.2 millimetres in diameter and 5.2 0.2 millimetres in height corresponds to the R44 symbol. A SR44 battery is comparable to an L1154 battery, but it employs silver oxide as the electrolyte instead of lead oxide and has a higher power output.
