Alabaster Snowball is in charge of the list that Santa uses to determine whether or not the children have been good. Santa’s toy-making machine was invented by Bushy Evergreen, and Bushy is in charge of all the presents.

Shinny Upatree co-founded the secret village where Santa’s workshop is concealed, and Pepper Minstix ensures that it remains hidden. Mrs. Claus’ assistant, Sugarplum Mary, assists her in the preparation of delights and sweets. Santa’s sleigh was designed by Wunorse Openslae, and he is in charge of the reindeer.
