(Please note: I gave them one star because you are forced to give a rating. Otherwise, I would not have even given Madden’s that!) If you would like to wait an extremely long time to get your car repaired and want horrendous customer service, then by all means THIS is your place… To make an extremely long story short… the owner, Justin, has VERY poor demeanor and lacks any sort of professionalism. I never received a single call from him, he never called me back after he promised to follow up, and never even looked at my car for the numerous weeks it sat on his lot! He blatantly ignored me when I went to the shop in-person to discuss my car. One example of this horrendous service was when I went to talk to him on 12/1/11 at 3:43 pm (well within normal business hours) to find that the office was closed. As I am about to get in my car to leave, Justin pulls another vehicle out of the garage… he looked at me and hurried back into the garage and slammed the door in my face without a word! After he ignored my repeated knocking, I left. The following day, I picked up the key to my car (after being ignored for 20 minutes) and had it taken elsewhere. I could no longer be without my car and refuse to treated in such an unprofessional manner. PLEASE! Do not take your car here! You may end up regretting it!
