They will tow your car and then steal everything from inside. I had all types of items in my car and they stole it all. The only thing that was left behind was the GPS and the Ezpass due to the fact that those can be tracked. No worries the police were notified and it’s not the first report they received from them so hopefully i’ll get my things back. Don’t use them!

I went to Personal Touch to get an estimate on work that needed to be done on my husband’s car due to someone hitting him. Mike happened to be outside and I told him it would be an insurance claim. He asked what insurance and I told him it would be Liberty Mutual. He said he hated Liberty Mutual but was sweet as pie to get us in the door. He explained how his office would take care of everything etc. We met and spoke with Lisa who was great! She did give me some incorrect information regarding rental car taxes but that was minor issue. Lisa asked that I bring in the car Thursday morning so Liberty Mutual adjuster could come and see the car which I did. I never dealt with insurance issues or leaving a car at an auto repair so I was following their lead. My mistake was leaving the car there after the insurance adjuster came and took pictures. Liberty Mutual didn’t immediately approve a rental car so my husband had to use my car since his car was in the shop and they had started working on it. We instructed Liberty Mutual to mail the check directly to the auto repair shop. I went in because some forms needed to be signed. Apparently I signed an estimate that was blank. Honestly I don’t remember doing it but my signature is on the form. Finally the rental car was approved. I called the office to ask Lisa something and Mike answered the phone. I identified myself and the car that was at his shop. First words out of his mouth was ” Did you receive the check?”. I said no and he hung up on me. It took a full week before the check arrived. Based solely on my experience with Mike I would never use that shop again nor would I recommend it. Lisa and Alison were great!! They run the office well enough that Mike should stay away from the office!

This towing company is a rip off. They don’t inform their clients of early or holiday closings. So when you come to pick your car up, you have these enormous storage fees. They don’t answer the phone and their customer service suck. After almost 4 hrs of waiting and phone tag with pay-lot (DOF) disputing these mob extortion fees. Pay-lot gives them authorization to release my car. Upon the employee pulling up my car from this enormous car lot my car is making a loud rattling noise like if I had a cherry bomb installed in my car. I asked them what happened to my car and again the buck is passed to this person that person. They gave a damage incident form, which I ask for and they tried to not give it to me, the tow guy says let me put it on a flat bed and look at it. I said are you a mechanic, don’t touch my car. I filled the paper out and return it to the receptionist(she was the only nice person there) and I asked her what was to happen next and she said well the owner (Karen) will get in touch with me. But she also said theres no physical damage and I said well it sound electrical and y’all messed my care up. I took it to my mechanic right away and long behold, something was torn connecting the muffler (the cost was several hundred) I don’t know how these people sleep at night!!!

I had the misfortune of getting my vehicle stuck in a very awkward position this afternoon. The motor accelerated as I turned the key in the ignition and I ended up half-way up a small hill with my front tires locked behind a curb at the top. Luckily, no one was hurt, although my two-and-a half year old son was quite impressed. I called for a tow from Bronx Tire Center because I had been serviced by this company in the past. The serviceman arrived exactly when I was told he would, and he proceeded to very carefully examine the car and the position it had come to rest upon, in order to minimize the chance of additional damage. I was thoroughly impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail. Even thought it was the end of what certainly must have been a long day for him, he didn’t let that compromise the high level of service he was most obviously committed to delivering. In the end, my vehicle was brought down with minimal damage, and I felt the need to convey my gratitude to Bronx Tire Center and their employee.
