This was the absolute worst experience ever. Not only is the entire service department so disorganized, but they didn’t listen to my problem (they have new people who don’t have the first clue of what they are doing), they tried to sell me a bill of goods (very pricey bill including things verified elsewhere i didn’t need), and they never fixed my problem. Nevermind the fact that they never even bothered to call when my car was done! I’d stay far away! The only good people that seem to be there, always leave and no matter how much you want to switch teams to deal with someone more honest, it’s nearly impossible. The sleezy service manager is barely ever there and I wouldn’t trust him either! The woman I dealt with the last time of the yellow team was falling asleep at her desk and so rude! I just gave it another try, but never again! Strike 2!!!!

My car went in for a new battery and an alternator. When I got the bill, it costed me $845. Must have been some speical parts!!! I looked up prices online and they came to $400 at most. So you are telling me labor costs $445, in a job that should have taken an hour. Sorry I will never give you business again. For that price I will figure things out on my own.
