Got in a bad car accident. Called insurance company to have vehicle towed to home. Vehicle was rearended but still driveable. Was sent to hospital in an ambulance because of the impact. I had it towed because I didn’t know how long I was going to be and had no other means of transporting vehicle. I had my wife make specific request of contacting us before getting there as we had the keys and vehicle was locked since I had a couple thousand dollars worth of tools sitting inside. I also didn’t want it dragged on to or off of the tow truck. She told them that she would meet them there but to contact her first. They said 30-40 minutes. They said they wouldnt tow it if we weren’t there. They actually ended up being there early. They didnt call us. They unlocked my vehicle after they were told we had the keys because the driver assumed some keys sitting on the passenger seat were for the vehicle. The driver dragged my vehicle on and off the tow truck even though they didn’t have to had they contacted us in the first place. Very unprofessional and will never let them touch one of my vehicles ever again. I will never ever refer them to anyone!!

Best is owned by Russ Egger. “Rusty” is a expert scammer. He started with repossessions – Best Recovery Service, He has expanded into towing and auto sales. If he tows your vehicle on a police call Best will make it very difficult for you to get your vehicle back. Rusty will not give you a break, towing charges are doubled plus outrageous fees and $25/day storage. He will lie and tell you most of the money goes back to the police. In the end he will own your car, Rusty will sell your car to one of his cronies for a fraction of the “amount owed” . Any valuables in the car will be gone. If they repo your car they will tell the bank it has scratches, dents, mechanical problems, and sell it cheap to one of Rusty’s pals. You can file a complaint with the Saginaw township police, you wont be first to call them about Best Towing. You can take them to court, you have a good chance to win in small claims court. I give best two thumbs down, the Worst

Biggest rip off ever. They will go to every extreme to gouge you. 25 gate fee. 85 to winch me out of a snow bank, which wasn’t even a snow bank it was in the road. I wish you guys could step in your customers shoes and see how upset you have made us by gouging and nickel and diming for every little thing. Hope you enjoyed the 500$ For doing almost nothing.

Terrible customer service. They did not follow the guidelines of towing a front wheel drive vehicle. My car was towed with the drive wheels (front wheels) on the ground and it ruined my transmission. In my owners manual it says not to tow the vehicle this way because it causes transmission damage. I own a Ford Focus, the Ford dealership informed me, as well, that this improper towing will cause transmission damage. I had my car looked at by a transmission mechanic at All American Ford, he confirmed that the towing caused the damage. The guys at Rose Towing argued with me, telling me that all the proof I had against them was incorrect. They refused to take responsibility for the damage. I will be hiring a lawyer.

I have had this business service each of my three vehicles over the past three years and they have provided excellent service. They provide good diagnosis of the problem usually at no cost and seek out the most cost efficient means to resolve the problem. They are definitely in the top 3 auto service places that I do business with Good, honest mechanics are hard to find. There were some problems they just couldn’t fixed because they couldn’t pinpoint the problem, but at least they didn’t charge for trying to diagnose the problem. Most auto service places have a diagnostic fee, even if no work is performed. They don’t just want your money, they want your future business and referrals to future customers. I highly recommend that you give them a try.
