Our ATV was stolen and impounded by the police at RoadRunner. Our ATV was in their possession for one day and towed no more than 15 miles, and we were charged $260.00 to get it out of impound even though we were the victims in a crime. I also have my suspicions that the employees were driving my ATV around their lot. It was dry the day that the ATV was stolen and recovered, but had rained the day I picked it up. When I picked it up the thing was covered in mud, and it just so happens that the impound lot is all dirt. This is not to mention the rude customer service that I received when I called to inquire about the situation. These people might be great when it comes to lockouts, towing, and tire sales. But taking advantage of someone who is already down on their luck is wrong.

After taking a vehicle here numerous times within one week for a coolant leak, other problems had mysteriously came about. The bolts on the transmission where not on all the way, there were melted wires and it STILL leaks. The guy claimed he was good at what he does. Sorry, but saying and doing are two different things. I felt they were purposely trying to break the vehicle so they could get more money out of me. They don’t even deserve one star.

Took my car in to have the throwout bearing changed on a ford t5 transmission. Got a call two days later saying they weren’t messing with it and it’s outside with the keys in it. I got there and the car was right next to the road with the keys in it ready to go. Came home and did the job in my driveway, trans was out in under and hour.
