Slow and unprofessional. Dispatchers don’t care about customers, keep saying their truck is half an hour away. When you ask why it’s taking so long – they offer you to call somebody else. Waited for 4.5 hours and was charged $600 for 22 miles for a straight box truck. AVOID at all cost.
