These people are clueless. I drove my truck into this shop on a Saturday to have them check a braking issue. Crooked Ron, the Service Writer, calls me on Monday with a $3700 estimate to get my truck on the road and invites me in to see all the damage. I go in at about 5:30pm to see the truck on the rack with one wheel taken off. The front right wheel hub is extremely loose. I saw nothing else damaged or needing immediate attention. However, David the owner, tries to bs me about the ball joints, brake lines, rotors, pads…the whole bit. So I tell him to just focus on the hub bearing and get me an estimate for repairing that. Clueless Ron calls me Tuesday (the next day) at 4:30pm with an $800 estimate and it would take another day to complete the task. In short, they had my truck on the rack in the shop for 24 hours and all they were able to accomplish was to take off the wheel and diagnose something a high school shop student could’ve done in less than 10 minutes. And I was charged $100. BTW: I took my truck to a shop down the street, and he had the wheel hub replaced by 6pm on Tuesday. I paid $450.
