I have gone to Mark’s service center for about 25 years now. Mark, Les, Tony and the rest of the service personnel are without question are the most honest and talented mechanics I have ever dealt with. They have great hours, will never try to sell you something your car doesn’t need, and are fair in their pricing. I give them the absolute highest rating possible. What a great group of people. I have had them take brakes apart to inspect them and had them tell me the truth. that I have about 20,000 miles of lining left on them. They even repacked the wheel bearings while they had the access and didn’t charge me anything. They do the work right and go out of their way to make you want to return. I can’t tell you what a relief it is to know that i have such an excellent shop in this area that I can rely on when I have car troubles. Keep up the good work guys. I just called this place to have my car towed. The person i spoke to was very understanding! This place was the best price i could find for towing, and the payment is fast and easy : ) My car was at my workplace and the tower couldnt get my car bc of the employees cars in the way. The tower waited very patiently until the cars were moved. i did not get charged for the time he waited. 15 minutes later he called to let me know my car was at the dealership and i payed over the phone. I am very happy with this business and will return!!!!!

This is an honest to goodness family owned business. They have been serving my family’s cars for years and have always been honest and fair about their work and pricing. I have never had any issues with them, and they can work with anyone’s schedule. The other review about a loose oil cap was wrong, because by car does a similar thing. Sometimes, the manufacture puts the drain plug (where oil is let out from the engine) in a car in an area that can gather oil. No matter how much you try, it will still drip a little. Trust me, I used to change my own oil until I found Shorewood Lube, and ever since I have used them.
