I believe that they did the work correctly, but they charged me twice what they quoted and they took twice as long as they led me to believe. In five days they called me twice: once to tell me my vehicle wouldn’t be ready until Monday, because they broke the fuel line. the other time when they were finished with my vehicle. They never called me telling me what anything would cost until the very end. I will never go here again, and I recommend that nobody else does.

I brought my car in due to a terrible misfire, my car sounded terrible but thankfully I was nearby when it started acting up. I left my keys with them, and I call the next day to find out it was only a minor issue, they fixed it, and at no cost since it was an easy fix. I’m always satisfied taking my car to Guaranteed auto and they are quite reasonable on price. Great guys.

We chose Don’s hydro for work on our car because of how long they have been open. You don’t stay in business since the 50’s if you’re not doing quality work. The staff at Don’s hydro need to take a few classes on providing customer service. The receptionist is one of the most unfriendly people I have ever met. She appeared more focused on watching TV in the office than answering my questions. I always felt in the dark about the status of my repair. I had to make several phone calls just to get a simple answer of when my vehicle would be finished. The work they did was ok, but I would not suggest this business if you’re the kind of person who appreciates good customer service…because you will not find that from Don’s hydro.

Gary was helpful explaining everything. The car we purchased was clean and well cared for. Took the time to explain the how they shopped for the financing and what that would mean to us. Also, gave my son some good tips on the importance of regular service and safe driving. The facility was nice and clean. Only negative is that the process takes so long. Overall, it was a good learning experience for someone new at purchasing vehicles. I would recommend to anyone to purchase a vehicle from Speedway Auto mall.
