I hired Chuck’s Towing to bring my broken down vehicle to my home. They were incredibly unprofessional. I don’t believe I’ve ever been so angry at a business. They told me they would arrive at 12:45 and did not arrive until well after 3pm. They charged me extra fees that I did not approve and said they would impound my vehicle if I did not pay the extra fees I never agreed to. The man I was speaking to on the phone said to me “I’m not gonna argue with you lady!” and hung the phone up in my face. As if I had no right to be upset that they were charging me extra money. Once I was FORCED to pay this, they did not bring my vehicle until the following day (or perhaps sometime in the middle of the night because it wasn’t there when I went to bed at 11pm but was there when I went to work) and they parked it on the road about 3 and a half feet from the curb, which is basically sitting in the middle of the road of a residential area. My car doesn’t run and now I have to ask my neighbors to help me to get it into the driveway so it’s not sitting out in the middle of the street. Thanks for the shady job I paid for!

Sent by my insurance company. After the first day this was the only web page I could find for a review and I believe a friend reviewed this company. After 2 days of attempting to recover my vehicle: a 2WD winch truck that was stuck was days and a broken cable, a stuck 4WD on the second day, and the inexperienced employees nearly towed my vehicle into a creek and then 2 people left with the 4WD truck I had a friend use his 4WD truck to get my vehicle onto solid ground, the last 2 employees left with no instructions about aszisting me the next day!!!! Well he claims to be a man of God and a deacon in his church etc etc but he has reused to pay the man his wages for completed work. That dont sound very “Prayed over” in my opinion. This company is a disgrace. They use the religious term “Praying”, when all in all they are the total opposite. I am a college student who googled this company for an emergency and I will never use them again. The owner Maurice gave me two payment options, card or cash, and when my car actually got on the tow truck, the worker he sent out was not aware that I was using a card. I was told that if I used a card it would be an extra $7 charge, that’s a bit ridiculous but I still insisted on using this company. In route to my home, Maurice calls me ranting on about how his card swiper is in his office, and he is at home watching tv with his kids. He told me that he was not going to get up and go to his office. This man was very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. If you are running a business and you gave me the option of paying with a card, how dare you demand that I pay you in cash. I will never ever do business with this company, and I do not recommend this company to anybody in need of mechanical services.

WE call for a tow and when he showed up was not even a real tow truck then he begged my husband to let him and his mechanic to fix it we were towing it to another shop. But he said he could fix it that night for $100,so we went for it and he got over on us .he said he had a mechanic shop on south Lumpkin rd. Which it was just a hidden shop beside aco appliance. He was suppose to fix it but were broke down with gas leaking all at ,he was suppose to fix the fuel pump. What a joke and he want come tow us except if we pay him again
