These people are rude and unprofessional. Ask them to diagnose a noise that was coming from my engine. They explained that I needed a new fuel pump but ran the engine long enough to hear the noise by injecting fuel in the carbs. They claimed I had a bad crank … but I have no confidence in their diagnostics. Not only that, they tore up the interior molding trying to get to the fuel pump. Breaking it and throwing it in the back hatch space. Really feel they overcharged me for what they did and charged me for parts I didn’t need. I would avoid them … take your business somewhere else.

CROOKS!!!!!! My daughter’s car had a radiator leak in the Orlando area. I looked up a mobile repair shop to come help her and I found L & M MOBILE MECHANIC & ROADSIDE, INC on Google. I called and Lennie answer the phone and drove over to look at Rileys car and said he needed $85 to install the hose & fix. We paid him the $85 with a check, and it did not fix the car. He said he needed a $2 part to fix it but he had to take the car to his shop. We did not authorize any other work except to put the $2 part on. A couple days later he texted us a picture and he had completely removed everything on the front of the car. He then told us he would need another $800 to put the car back together I told him not to touch it. Then for months we tried to contact him to set up a time for us to come pick up the car and my daughter drove over there a few times but the shop was completely locked up. Yesterday I went to pick up the car on July 30th 2015, I had to wait outside for someone to show up and finally Lenny did. I just did whatever I had to do to get that car out of his shop once I had it outside the car front was completely put back together the wrong way and parts were missing on the engine and the car would not start and it smelled like they put a gallon of gas on the inside of the car. My insurance reimburses me for towing if I choose a towing service that is not their own. All they need is the receipt. With that said, I chose to give Sam and Fam Towing and Transportation a chance because of the reviews I read about them. The tow and transport went oh so very smoothly. He was professional, arrived in a timely manner and got my truck onto his flatbed without a hitch. He really took great care of it. However, like I said, all that I needed was the receipt for the transaction. He assured me that his payment app would get it to me. Even after I tried to get a written receipt, he insisted. I agreed and now almost two weeks later, not only have I not received my receipt, but he won’t return my calls or texts. I’m no longer going to chase him, however I hope that whoever reads this review makes absolutely certain that if you need proof of the tow from him GET IT ON THE SPOT! Taking his word was a mistake and one that I hope to prevent someone else from making. His follow-up is terrible and his communication is a huge problem in need of a lot of work. Otherwise, he’s pretty good.

Garbage!!! Once again another mechanic in Orlando that has staged reviews. Any place with a perfect review portfolio watch out for. This place was suppose to replace a part on my Ford Explorer, which was most likely the shift solenoid. When diagnosed they finally replaced the computer sensor or so I was told. I ask the guy if the sensor could be just restarted. He stated NO! Now, paying for a brand new sensor of about almost 300 bucks and having it been replaced or so I was told I was on my way. The reason he stated was that the sensor gets “”burned out”” from all the heat in Orlando and it was a common problem here in Orlando. I being the dumb*ss schmuck believed this line. On my way I went. Only a few weeks later, while it was still not shifting right and now since the monitor was not working and reset, there was NO Check Engine light AT ALL now on my vehicle and no automatic shutoff. So, driving along on Colonial, it starts shifting wrong and lazily, then almost clunking, I manage to get it back to my driveway and notice a leak underneath it now. So, that part that was suppose to be replaced NEVER got replaced, and now I have NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHT at all on my vehicle, so I have NO WARNING about when something might give out. So, if something goes wrong on my vehicle, since they only reset the whole thing without solving the main problem I can be KILLED without even knowing it. This practice of ONLY resetting the monitor is HIGHLY ILLEGAL and if this is the practice of this place in Orlando, it should not be in business AT ALL!! Another thing he said was: “”Ford Explorers are tricky””, well if they are that tricky then let me take it to a place that knows what they are doing. You should be reported to the BBB to say the least.

Joe, Dwayne, and the crew are the best. They fixed a fuel pressure issue on my wife’s 2005 Mazda MPV that two other mechanics had failed to fix (and those failed attempts were at a great expense to me). When Joe found the real culprit, it was a faulty valve and cost me about $100. They have done extensive work on my 1995 Civic as well…they know Honda and Acura like the back of their hand, and have bent over backwards to help me self repairs when I get in a pinch. In short, their prices are very fair, and their expertise, professionalism, and customer service are top-notch. While in the shop, I’ve seen them work in plenty of last-minute repairs for customers at the end of the day, just to get people back on the road. I won’t be going anywhere else from now on.

I went here to get some residue removed out of my clear coat. When i pulled up, they were confident they could do it. Some of the residue shading still remains and that is just fine as I know how the florida sun bakes. BUT – The tech who worked on my car BURNED A HOLE straight through my clear coat, through the paint, all the way down to the primer coat. Now, everyone makes mistakes, I get that. As a business owner, the owner should have offered free repair of THEIR mistake. Instead, he proceeded to quote me on what it would cost to get THEIR mistake fixed. Not a good way to do business. The little sign in the office that says “If you are unhappy, we want (not will) to make it right” is a bunch of bologna. Don’t bother with these guys.

Garbage!!! Once again another mechanic in Orlando that has staged reviews. Any place with a perfect review portfolio watch out for. This place was suppose to replace a part on my Ford Explorer, which was most likely the shift solenoid. When diagnosed they finally replaced the computer sensor or so I was told. I ask the guy if the sensor could be just restarted. He stated NO! Now, paying for a brand new sensor of about almost 300 bucks and having it been replaced or so I was told I was on my way. The reason he stated was that the sensor gets “”burned out”” from all the heat in Orlando and it was a common problem here in Orlando. I being the dumb*ss schmuck believed this line. On my way I went. Only a few weeks later, while it was still not shifting right and now since the monitor was not working and reset, there was NO Check Engine light AT ALL now on my vehicle and no automatic shutoff. So, driving along on Colonial, it starts shifting wrong and lazily, then almost clunking, I manage to get it back to my driveway and notice a leak underneath it now. So, that part that was suppose to be replaced NEVER got replaced, and now I have NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHT at all on my vehicle, so I have NO WARNING about when something might give out. So, if something goes wrong on my vehicle, since they only reset the whole thing without solving the main problem I can be KILLED without even knowing it. This practice of ONLY resetting the monitor is HIGHLY ILLEGAL and if this is the practice of this place in Orlando, it should not be in business AT ALL!! Another thing he said was: “”Ford Explorers are tricky””, well if they are that tricky then let me take it to a place that knows what they are doing. You should be reported to the BBB to say the least.

Joe, Dwayne, and the crew are the best. They fixed a fuel pressure issue on my wife’s 2005 Mazda MPV that two other mechanics had failed to fix (and those failed attempts were at a great expense to me). When Joe found the real culprit, it was a faulty valve and cost me about $100. They have done extensive work on my 1995 Civic as well…they know Honda and Acura like the back of their hand, and have bent over backwards to help me self repairs when I get in a pinch. In short, their prices are very fair, and their expertise, professionalism, and customer service are top-notch. While in the shop, I’ve seen them work in plenty of last-minute repairs for customers at the end of the day, just to get people back on the road. I won’t be going anywhere else from now on.

I had my vehicle towed to Orlando Supercenter Geico told me they were One Stop Shop they took parts off my vehicle when I went down there to sign paperwork I seen the parts off my vehicle then they told me they couldn’t fix my axle so I had to have it towed to Greenway Dodge me and while I assume they put the parts back on my vehicle but they didn’t he threw it in the back of the truck as it was being towed and being outside and got rained on in my rear tail light got water all in it scratches all over it Greenway Dodge to fix my axle but they didn’t even know the parts were in the back of the truck because any professional company once they take it apart they put it back the way they found it when it came to their shop they did not Orlando Super Center has handled the situation very rudely they know they damaged it they know they took it off my truck and damaged if I put in the back of the truck I file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the department of regulations they did not resolve this issue by buying a light that they can get for about 50 bucks and put it on I can have it all done for 90 bucks $100 they refused to do so knowing that they took it off and put in the back of my truck Greenway Dodge can verify that’s where the part was in the back of the truck I did not put it there and I didn’t take it off I have photos on my truck with the rear tail light on that wasn’t even damaged in the wreck they took it all through in the back of the truck there were sponsible they’re very unprofessional very rude just think it after you had your vehicle there and there was a bigger issue than this how they act I wouldn’t recommend these people to anybody

If you ever get in a wreck, choose this shop. I can’t brag enough on the amazing work that was done. Not only is the shop the cleanest one I have ever seen, but the staff is so professional and clean cut. I met Kristie and Faisal once I brought my car in. They we’re very polite. I then met Eric who was my point of contact the entire time my car was in the shop. He was great with updating me with any parts that were delayed and with the process they were in. As for my car, it looks even better than when I originally bought it. They even went out of their way to paint my passenger door that had a huge and hideous scratch. You can’t even tell it was there unless you’re about 6 inches away from the door. They even detailed the inside and outside of my car. I travel alot and that car is my baby. I’m extremely glad I chose them. With moving from the Panhandle down here, I thought this would be a stressor, but it was the easiest process.

YP is incorrect, they don’t take credit cards. – Have the nerve to tow on weekends but then not be open on weekends so you can’t retrieve your vehicle on Monday. – Address is wrong many places online and they can’t be bothered to update it. – No physical indication or signage of where they are. – No person physically present at the business! – Sketchy location. The address they tell you over the phone is definitley a storage unit business and not a towing place. When you call them and express your confusion, they give you a gate code to get into this huge abandoned junkyard place. IВ’m also glad I had someone to accompany me and that I didnВ’t take an uber there alone because I would have felt unsafe being a woman alone there. If itВ’s blazing hot or raining, there is nowhere safe or clean for you to wait for the employee to show up. Stuck on a dirty, open road. If your vehicle gets towed on a Saturday night as mine did, but you donВ’t get paid until Friday, and you donВ’t have $152 sitting in your checking account or know someone whoВ’s able and willing to lend you that cash until you can pay them back, then your car is stuck with them for almost a whole week! Not sure what kind of a business doesn’t have a person present and hasn’t even heard of a card reader. When I told the guy there’s no way I could’ve known in advance they only take cash, (and that I didn’t have cash), he was like “I told you yesterday on the phone”. A little background info: Went with my boyfriend to pick up his car. He got a used car unexpectedly from his parents in Gainesville and couldn’t transfer his parking sticker. Drove back to Orlando at 11pm. Towed around 11:30. Office isn’t open Sunday so couldn’t get a sticker, but got an overnight pass from office worker. Put the pass in my car and went to this hell hole to pick up his car. As soon as we get there the workers are standing around lousy talking about how they’ll tow any car whenever they want. Trying to scare my boyfriend and I while he paid the 125$ fee. Once my boyfriend got in his car to drive off they approach me telling me they will tow my car for having a blank parking pass. I explain it is not mine it is for him to park by his apartment tonight. Continues to threaten me and my car saying he will call the front office and get me in trouble than tow me. I have a visitor sticker so whatever. MAINPOINT: Don’t go alone, if you are a girl or bring your girlfriend stay with her at all times. They do verbally harass and threaten you even if you are polite and keep quite. Very sketchy business.

They will tow your vehicle from private property when not authorized by anyone with authority, and joke with others about what they can get for the vehicle in Spanish because they think you don’t,speak the language. They will still refuse when a manager from the property tell them to remove the vehicle off the wrecker. They tell you it’s going to cost more the longer they have to wait for you. The management at this company refuse to assist when contacted and the situation is explained. Not a reputable and honest company. I would walk rather then do business with them.

I called Orlando Emergency RV Repair. I asked for a tech to come out tonight to look at my RV. I have an AC Problem. First, they answered their phone live with no answering service on a Sunday night. Then, the tech told me that if parts were needed he likely would have to get them on Monday so he was uncomfortable charging a call out fee and taking my money when we can do this in the AM. What honest people they are here. I have an appointment for the morning and I saved $150 I would use these ppl anytime. Honesty is hard to come by when your in a state you ‘ve never done business in.

COMPLETE BULLSH*T MANAGEMENT HAS COMPLETE LACK OF INTEGRITY Dave’s formerly sold service programs which entiled benefits such as oil changes and tire rotations etc. After honoring the program for a short period of time they now claim they no longer can perform such services. Manager handles his buisness similar to that of a 5 year old child writing signs on computer paper with sharpie markers in order to convey his changes to policy. OFFERS ABSOLUTELY NO COMPENSATION OR DISCOUNT TO PROGRAM OWNERS TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT REFLECTS IN POOR LOCATION AND QUALITIES OF CROOKISH NATURE CAN BEST DESCRIBE THE SERVICES THEY WILL NOT PROVIDE. AVOID AT ALL COST.
