Last week my car broke down on a freeway. I called Mountain View Towing as they were the first result here on Yellow Pages. I waited on the side of the freeway for one hour. I called them again and they told me they will not be able to make it because they have to go to some other accident. Absolutely worst customer service. They guy on the phone was very rude as well. Had to call a different provider who showed up in less than 15 min. Stay away from them.

My vehicle was towed on a Friday 4pm by Bills Towing Svc. authorized by MVPD. I was at work when my wife informed me of what happened. I called this Bills Towing trying to get my vehicle out fast so the charges would not be high. The dispatcher said that the office was closed and I would have to pay $85. afterhours or weekend fee, $50 day fee, and $175. towing charge. Total $310 She suggested to go ahead and wait until Monday to get it out $150 for 3 days plus $175 would be $325 a $15 more to wait to not stress out because I was off work at 11 pm anyways. I agreed and come Monday I had to pay MVPD $50 for releasing authorizing papers, I went to Bills Towing and found out I would be charged for Monday as well and not to mention I was there a 30 minutes after they opened Total $375. I explained my conversation from Friday I had with the dispatcher and the guy -owner or whatever he was behind the desk (unkept unshaven) Both were unmoved and uncaring. “”Nothing much I can do was his reply.”” I just had it- I paid my fine in cash and left. I will tell everyone what a sad experience I had with this company. Do not do business with them- they’re liars! I hope they get audited.

TOO Expensive Car alarm went off while I was away and parked in from of house. City of Mountain View police had Bill’s Towing take it less than 2 miles away. Bill’s Towing charged $295. for a 3 hour storage. At 6PM they put in after hours charge. Bill’s Towing charging too much legally.
