I left my car for over a week to see if there was anything more than clearing the “Service Now” warning. I attempted calling two times while on vacation to see if they had found anything wrong and they still hadn’t run diagnostics. When they finally picked me up, they charged me $165 to clear the “Service Now” alarm and top my washer fluid. And to top it off, there was a tear in my drivers’ seat which I didn’t notice until I was about to leave. Once I pointed it out to him, he said it was normal wear. An apology at the very least would have been nice or at least a “let me see if my guy had something sharp in his pocket” Don’t take your car here- they’ll rip you off and possibly rip up your seats in the process.

Reliable auto repair and tire replacement. Has always done great work on our 2005 Honda. Friendly, helpful staff. They even apologized for the cost of repair parts–as if they can control the cost of Honda parts. Really busy, so much so that it may take a while to get them to work on your car, but it’s worth the wait.

I recently had my transfer car cracked on my Wrangler and I had an awesome experience with their service department. I paid Mike Hatch to install a hitch, brake controller, and wiring. His mechanic did a good job on the installation, but only did part of the wiring. While on a trip I had to have another mechanic finish the job. Mike would only refund a tiny portion of his original bill, but in my eyes, Mike’s slip-up caused me damages in the full amount of the other mechanic’s bill, which was for a couple shop hours and a couple parts. I was unsatisfied with the way Mike handled the situation.
