Fresh or raw vegetables and fruits, 100-percent whole-grain brown rice, oatmeal, and non-dairy milks like almond milk and rice milk are all allowed on the AdvoCare 10-day cleanse diet. The diet’s favourite meats are chicken, fish, turkey breast, and ground turkey.

Avocados, olives and olive oil, as well as raw nuts and seeds, provide some beneficial fats on the AdvoCare 10-day cleanse diet. Peanut and almond butter are also beneficial fat sources in the diet. Beans, lentils, hummus, chicken broth, and vegetable broth are also allowed on the diet.

The 10-day AdvoCare cleanse is part of a broader 24-day challenge. This element of the diet helps participants get a head start on their new nutrition objectives by improving their ability to absorb nutrients from their food.

AdvoCare’s nutritional supplements, such as Herbal Cleanse and Probiotic Restore tablets, OmegaPlex tablets for important fatty acids, and AdvoCare Spark, which helps dieters have more energy and concentrate, all play a role in the diet.

Anything white, such as white bread, spaghetti, and rice, is prohibited during the AdvoCare 10-day cleanse. Dieters should stick to fresh fruits for sweets because sugar and honey are forbidden. Fried foods are likewise restricted, while mushrooms and cheese are still prohibited due to mould contamination. During the cleanse, alcohol consumption is prohibited.
