We were thrilled to find that Gabrielle Bernstein, a Scorpio and self-described “spirit junkie,” had a new book out, Miracles Now, to assist in negotiating the intensity that modern life has assumed since many of us are feeling strained and stretched.

Before departing on a whirlwind trip to share her amazing message throughout the world, we spoke with Gabby:
GB: I base my writing on what I believe my audience is looking for. I discovered that although many individuals have busy schedules and a lot to accomplish, they still want to carve out some time each day to find serenity and bring about positive change in methods that are simple to implement. Additionally, I frequently hear requests from members of my audience and social media followers for additional useful tools to relieve stress and improve their moods. People want to start working and feeling better quickly. My response to that call is this book.
A few Kundalini meditations are scattered throughout the book. Can you elaborate on them for us?
For this book, I selected twelve of the most potent Kundalini meditations for mood, energy, and stress reduction. Since I anticipate that many of my readers may be new to meditation, I made sure to include meditations that are simple for beginners. What I’ve dubbed Peace Is in Your Pulse is a terrific meditation for newbies. It sharpens your focus and unites even the most disorganized of thoughts. What’s going on in my chart at particular points in my life always interests me. I utilize astrology to gain further insight into what I should focus on at any particular time. I think that knowledge is a powerful thing. Therefore, it is easier to proceed through it. The better prepared we are for what is to follow, For those who are interested, Gabby is a Scorpio with an Aries moon and a Sagittarius rising.
We firmly believe that messages can be conveyed through numbers, particularly those that appear repeatedly, such as 1111, 222, and 333 Angel Number. A lot of your posts are about viewing those, and you were born on January 11th. Any ideas on how to convey spiritual messages using numbers?
GB: Seeing numbers in order is my favorite. I adhere to Doreen Virtue’s number concept as an [Angel Therapist]. I think the number 11:11 is a reminder to examine our thoughts as they arise and to keep in mind that whatever we are thinking is coming to pass. According to 4:44, the angels are with you. I adore 5:55 because it implies something big is going to happen, so fasten your seatbelt! This advice is amazing!
Your mother has had a significant impact on your life and frequently attends your lectures and events. What role did your mother’s relationship play in determining your current course?
GB: I learned to be a Spirit Junkie from my mother. She taught me to meditate and to go to ashrams. I was able to forge my own path and a spiritual connection based on the spiritual seeds she sowed in me. I also think that my mother’s teaching contributed to my professional achievement. She helped me develop the attitude that anything was possible. That way of thinking has shaped me into the person I am today—a teacher and a woman. I want my kids to grow up with the same set of values.
I learned to meditate as a child from my mother. I started my own daily practice when I was sixteen. Since then, I have relied entirely on this technique. Because it serves as a reminder of my purpose, meditation is the secret to my pleasure.
GB: My goal as a student and instructor of Kundalini yoga and meditation, A Course in Miracles, and these transformative spiritual truths for all seekers. A Course in Miracles is a metaphysical self-study course that is founded on the idea that when we choose love over fear, magical change takes place. The Course strongly emphasizes forgiveness and the practise of entrusting our fears to the care of our inner guide. The Course teaches us that real serenity can only be attained through the experience of forgiveness. The awareness-based yoga known as Kundalini emphasizes developing one’s intuition and fortifying one’s energy field. Kundalini seeks to awaken the creative potential of a person to have solid morals, be honest, and put their attention on consciousness and compassion.
