The host of “Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood,” Fred Rogers, has no tattoos on his arms or anywhere else. Roger’s decision to wear long sleeves while in character on his television show is the source of the allegation. It’s frequently paired with the erroneous idea that Rogers was a military man.
