Pay your Pier 1 Rewards credit card bill online, over the phone, by mail, or in person at any Pier 1 Imports location in the United States. Use a US bank account to make an online payment.
Online payments received before 6 p.m. ET are credited the same day. Payments received after 6 p.m. ET are processed the next business day. The online payment service is available every day of the week, including weekends and holidays.
After 6 p.m. ET, customers should call customer support at 800-767-3662 to make a same-day payment. Payments made over the phone may be subject to a fee.
Pay by mail by writing the account number on a check or money order and mailing it together with the bill stub to Comenity Bank, P.O. Box 659617, San Antonio, Texas, 78265-9617. Pay with cash, cheque, or money order at any Pier 1 Imports location in the United States.
Pier 1 Rewards credit card account management is now available online at Pier1.com simply scrolling to the bottom of the page. There, select Manage Account and follow the directions to register for online access or log in with an existing username and password.
