Home Depot complaints can be made by phone or by filling out the consumer feedback form on the company’s website. If you have a complaint about the store, the company, the merchandise, or the services, please call 1-800-466-3337. If you have a problem with the company’s website, call 1-800-430-3376.

Customers are encouraged to contact the general manager of the store where the incident happened with any complaints. If the problem is not resolved, calling the customer service phone number will result in a formal complaint being filed with the company’s headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia. The customer must provide specifics of the occurrence, the location of the business, and personal contact information for a follow-up call or email regarding the problem during the call to customer service. The customer service person estimates how long Home Depot will take to remedy the issue.

Customers can also contact the Better Business Bureau to make a complaint. The agency tries to reach an agreement between the corporation and its clients. If the proposed remedy is not acceptable to the consumer, it can be rejected and the company’s BBB profile can be updated. The complaint is classified as resolved if it is satisfactory. On the Better Business Bureau’s website, you can file a complaint.
