Cody Posey, a convicted murderer, has not been seen since 2014. He was released from prison in October 2010, although it’s unclear whether he’s using his own name or a fictitious one.
Posey was convicted as a 14-year-old in the shooting deaths of his father, stepmother, and stepsister at the ranch they shared in Hondo, New Mexico. The assault, according to the juvenile and his defence, was the result of years of physical and emotional abuse. Posey was charged as a juvenile after the judge determined that he could be rehabilitated and that he may be freed from a detention centre on his 21st birthday.
